By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below. This policy explains our return, exchange, refund, and order-cancellation procedures for orders placed through the SUNWAYMAN online store. Applicable consumer-protection laws may provide additional rights.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window. You must contact us within 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Shipping
We currently offer Standard shipping to eligible destinations worldwide. China is excluded from this shipping policy.
PLEASE NOTE: Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, China Standard Time (GMT+8). Orders placed and payment authorized before the cut-off time enter processing the same business day. The full processing time is 0–3 business days.
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 0–3 business days.
- Transit time: 12–15 business days in transit after the carrier receives the package.
Estimated total delivery time: approximately 12–18 business days, combining processing and transit time.
We have a warehouse in the US and some products can be shipped from the US.

Shipping availability and the applicable shipping fee are confirmed at checkout based on the destination and order details.
Some remote areas cannot be delivered. Actual delivery time may also be affected by customs clearance, weather, or carrier disruptions.
